"We absolutely loved our stay at Chalet Tropical! From the moment we arrived, the service was beyond exceptional—worthy of a 5-star hotel rating. Every detail was handled with care and genuine warmth.
Chalet #1 is incredibly spacious and creatively designed. It’s a feast for the senses—crafted with beautiful woodwork, unique rustic furniture, and thoughtful artistic touches in every corner. Just look at these pictures! Every space felt like a handcrafted masterpiece.
We especially loved having our own private pool, complete with a peaceful waterfall. Even though the water was cold, we still enjoyed every moment—the sound alone was pure tropical serenity.
Although we won’t be back ourselves, we’ve already shared this hidden gem with our friends and family so they too can enjoy this unforgettable experience. It’s truly a special place, full of charm, nature, and creativity. 🌿🌊"
"We had a great time!! The staff was exceptional. The property and beach is like nothing I have ever seen. The food was good. The only problem that we encountered was with the electricity in our room and around the property. We couldn’t plug things in the bathroom because it was cause for the room to lose electricity. Thankfully the breaker box was inside our room and was easily restored.
Other than that (which I hope they fix) it was great! Shout out to the employees who made it a great experience. "

"10/10 We had the absolute best time. This place is magical and the people who work here make it so special. Ricky, Alex, Michael, Mikey, etc. the entire staff are so amazing. Breakfast and dinner are cooked fresh each day, lunch is included technically as you’re given a voucher and it’s only a five minute walk away, still on site. If you are a lover of the outdoors, island life, adventure and/or adrenaline (zip lines, quads) then this is the place for you. The staff is very accommodating, and kind. The tours that are offered are a blast and your stay here will be amazing. Regardless of which room you get, you’ll have a great stay. Please consider staying here, this place gives back so much to its people and is so special. Do not be deterred by the drive from the airport, from Santo Domingo its 3 hours and punta Cana is 6 but it’s so worth being away from crowds and enjoying time away from tourism and technology. "
