"Our stay was fabulous. Only complaint was staff at checkin-she was very rude and didn’t want to help us initially and kept telling us to go to auto check in. When I told her I had but that a couple of features like late checkout and food credit weren’t showing up, she wasn’t happy about helping us. Rest of staff were very pleasant. "

"Had a lovely stay for 4 nights with 2 Adults and 2 children. Clean comfortable rooms, nice city view. Colour changing lights in room. Breakfast was a nice variety and dinner at Eves was comfortable and nice also. The only thing that needed attention was the pool area. Rubbish was there for the whole stay and that area could have been cleaner. "
