The Staff are extremely helpful and polite. We dined in the restaurant and the food is excellent too, our waiter was extremely polite and helpful to us being limited with our ability to speak conversational French language, so I much thank him for his patience

Brit Hotel Mâcon Centre Gare
Staff very helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room . We don’t take breakfast, in the morning before departure, We poured ourselves a cup of tea and a cup of Coffee, they charged us €9.00. Not impressed ☹️
