"Very comfortable single night stay in a pretty modern downtown (Old Port) hotel. There was construction going on, but it did not affect me too much; I heard some drilling the next morning but not until after 8am--it didn't awaken me. Room is modern, clean and well appointed. Good lighting and water pressure in bathroom--stall shower is a bit narrow but otherwise great. Breakfast buffet was a pretty good selection at a reasonable rate. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Slightly concerning with two toddlers. Staff was amazing! Breakfast was amazing! Hot tub was clean, but the pool was not. Unknown floaties all in the pool. And the floor around the pool had black hair all over it. Was definitely not clean. "
