"This was a last minute trip and also my first time using VRBO so everything was new to me. I was given clear check in instructionsupon booking. Walked into the unit and was greeted by lovely snacks and a personalized greeting card that was appreciated. The space was very clean and tidy I love the skylights and how sunny it was. A lovely veiwtio to get some fresh aituhe bed was very comfortable and I had a quick question about visitors and Jennifer was very quick to respond communication has been a breeze with her. My trip ended up being extended and the space that I was in was already booked but I looked on the app and she had other units that were available that were in my price range and she facilitated stress-free switch to her other unit with no downtime in between I was able to go right from one unit to the other even though the unit I was going to was rented the night before need to be cleaned she was very accommodating let me check out late at the current unit then let me know when the unit I was transferring to was ready for me. The bed was very comfortable I slept so well . There was no oven in the kitchen but they provided a microwave and a toaster oven. "

"Everything was great to check in until departure. Staff was friendly and helpful. At check out I left my boot a in the room, called and told them that I would be back to get them and the put them in a bag and had them ready for me. Room was comfy and a good size."
