"Staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed one night (2 kids - 2 queens). Very comfy bed, generous checkout time at midday and flexible valet as we collected our car at 2:30pm after exploring Portland and heading onto our next pit stop. Very clean and had everything we needed. Had we stayed longer we’d have checked out the pool."

"We loved the Harborview! My husband and I took a mini-getaway to Portland so stayed only one night. I wish we had been there longer. It was a nice, clean room with a comfortable bed, and the view was GREAT. Every staff person we encountered was lovely and helpful. I have to say, the elevators were blazing fast. Maybe that's a weird thing to notice, but it was kind of great! No waiting! We ordered room service after plans unexpectedly changed, and it was delicious. Also, the breakfast at the cafe on site was also delicious. My only complaint is that the showers are the rainfall kind, which I hate. But that's not enough for me to get bent out of shape about. Our whole stay was just great and I can't wait to go back! Oh, also, rooftop bar is great! Just closes a bit early. Still, overall the whole place gets an A+ from me."

"What a great property by a great host!!! The charming house welcomed my daughter and I for our three nights of quiet relaxation after a week bustling through DC, NYC, & Boston. It was so wonderful being on an island with no cars and so many good people. The ferry really sets the tone for the experience too, amazing!"

"This charming Maine cottage is located at the end of a quiet dirt lane in a serene setting with beautiful ocean views, rocky beach access, gorgeous sunsets, comfortable accommodations within easy access to the ferry. I live in Maine and it surpassed even my expectations. If you are looking for relaxation, kayaking, gentle hiking, beach combing for shells and sea glass and spending time with nesting osprey or fishing for mackerel on the public peer of a small Maine Island within a short ferry ride to a vibrant small city with wonderful restaurants and multiple cultural venues, this is the place for you. Thank you Kate and Jonathan."
