"Our stay got off to a rough start. The room had a moldy refrigerator, hairs in the beds and used towels in the bathroom. Our angel Gabriel at the front desk immediately resolved our issue and put us in a wonderful room. He went out of his way to help us and even let me check the room before going elsewhere.
