Our dtay

We stayed only for one night but found the Hotel clean and extremely comfortable. Patricia at the front desk made us feel like family even preparing a lite snack since our time up the mountain was earlier then breakfast. Would definitely dtay here again

Joan picked us up from the training station and showed us to our room. The room was huge, 3 king beds the shower and jacuzzi facility was good, cant beat the price for the size. Not all of the functions of the shower worked like the side shower but the main one worked. The jacuzzi also worked well. We did not experience the bugs and insect like the other patrons in the reviews, although the room did not have air conditioning during the evening with the windows open it was good, we only spent the evenings in the room. The hotel was under construction but our room was unaffected. A packed breakfast was provided each day before our Machu Picchu hike which was very helpful. We got extra toilet paper when requested and were provided extra soaps and shampoo as well. The TV was a smart TV, it did not have channels but we were able to hook up my wife’s phone to watch netflix. The internet did go out for half a night but was fixed when we got back. Our checkout time was 10am but we asked if we could stay until 1:30pm which was granted, this was very good customer service we would not have had time to hike Machu Picchu mountain and shower before our 2:25pm train back to Cusco if not. Overall we were very satisfied with the price, customer service, rooms, amenities would recommend.

No one answer the phone upon my arrival. The location was no where to be found. Even police officers were not able to help. I ended up booking at a different location

When I arrived to Machu Picchu they told me I could not ck in because they had problem with the water system. They had found me a different hotel to stay in which I accepted because I had no other option. This place did not meet my expectations. Do not reserve this place.

The start was questionable with no towels, no comforter, multiple door knobs loose with handle nearly pulling off and only 3 pillows for 6 guest. We asked the desk and they kindly brought it up so we tried to look past the issues. It all took a turn for the worst when we tried to shower and there was no hot water. We complained and they attempted to fix to no avail. Water was not even luke warm at best, when we complained again the desk said that’s as hot as the water gets. Poorly maintained property. Needs a new boiler.

la habitación esta muy grande y tiene jacuzzi (cosa que mi hijo pequeño disfruto mucho), pero lo que realmente es de destacar es la atención que tiene la persona de recepción que no recuerdo su nombre, pero nos contacto con un guia, nos dio recomendaciones de donde comer, nos llevo a la estación donde se compran los boletos de autobus y el desayuno tambien excelente (huevos, fruta, yoghurt)

El hotel tiene bueno ubicación, sin embargo cambiaron el nombre del hotel y no fue fácil llegar, inclusive en recepción nos enviaron a los hoteles que estaban junto o enfrente ya que no conocían el nombre e incluso la dirección. Por la mañana no había agua caliente en la regadera, jacuzzi estaba poco sucio. No era fácil encontrar a el personal de recepción.
