Huge house for large groups! Basketball court, arcade, putting green.4 bathroom

  • Updated house by Rock Cut State Park. 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a lot of beds. Huge TVs, arcades, private backyard with half basketball court. Granite counters, updated throughout. You will be happy! 3 bedrooms are on the main level, 2 have king beds, and the master has 2 queen beds and a private bathroom. The lower level has 4 bedrooms, one has a queen bed and a private bathroom, 3 have 2 single beds each and there is a bathroom next to these rooms making 4 full bathrooms in the house.

Excellent stay !! Was there for my daughter’s wedding. Very clean and comfortable. A lot of space. Host quickly answered any questions quickly. Close to stores/dining. Very nice weekend !!

Although we had a few issues with the VRBO site not clearly representing the homeowners wishes, overall our stay was amazing! This house was perfect for us we had seven adults and four children with plenty of room to spare. It was set up for families like ours not too fancy I didn't have to worry about the grandkids breaking anything although I did take out the insurance just in case. The grandkids loved the ability to throw the basketball in the backyard have a bonfire and just space to play. The arcade and the basement was a bonus too. We will stay again the next time we come to town.

We enjoyed our stay, just had to clean a little first. We were not allowed to receive the address before the day of our arrival and we were driving 8 hours. By the time we got on our way, we couldn't access VRBO website. It kept saying they were having issues. So we had to find a number to call. Gentleman we reached sent us the address and access code. Other than some inconveniences, it was a great place for a lot of people.

We left this property after staying only 24 hours. No bedrooms in basement were up to fire safety standards (no smoke detectors, only one room had an exterior window). Home was not clean, there were dangerous broken tiles left in backyard and empty beer cans in garage. When these (and other) issues were brought to the host, they were dismissive and combative. Terrible experience and this listing should be removed over real safety concerns.
