Com todo carinho, quero deixar meu feedback sobre a minha estadia. Fui com boas expectativas, principalmente porque o atendimento foi realmente muito bom — os funcionários são educados e atenciosos, e isso faz toda diferença. Mas, infelizmente, alguns detalhes me entristeceram um pouco. O quarto não nos trouxe aquela sensação de aconchego que a gente espera ao chegar cansada de viagem. A limpeza parecia bem básica, e precisei pedir papel higiênico na recepção porque o que deixaram já estava usado — isso me causou certo desconforto. O café da manhã também nos deixou decepcionados... todos os dias tinha apenas uma opção regional, como cuscuz ou macaxeira, e eu senti falta de uma variedade maior, como cuscuz e macaxeira, banana cozida, inhame... sabe aquele café que dá vontade de sentar com calma e aproveitar? Faltou isso. O lugar é bonito, tem potencial... mas alguns cuidados fazem toda a diferença na experiência. E é por isso que deixo esse recado — com respeito, mas com sinceridade. Porque eu torço pra que melhorem esses detalhes e proporcionem experiências incríveis pra outros hóspedes.

Bom lugar!

A estadia foi boa! Os funcionários são muito educados, solicitos e simpáticos (o que eu acho super importante). O quarto/apartamento é bem amplo, limpo e organizado. O ponto negativo é que não tem muitas coisas perto, é bom ter carro para se deslocar para mercados, restaurantes e etc, e outro ponto ruim é que quando a maré está alta não tem nem como ir à praia pois cobre tudo, chegando a bater ondas nos muros dos hotéis/casas beira mar.

Tudo ok.

Já tinha ficado no hotel em 2022 na baixa temporada e tinha sido excelente! Um dos quesitos que nos fez escolher o hotel foi o ponto de apoio na praia, já que é uma região mais isolada, mas agora no carnaval o ponto de apoio estava recebendo pessoas que não estavam no hotel e o hóspede não tinha nenhuma preferência para conseguir uma espreguiçadeira e o atendimento nesse ponto deixou muito a desejar. Mais uma vez o pessoal da recepção e cozinha do Wave se destacam pela simpatia e presteza (especialmente a moça da cozinha)! No mais foi tudo ok.

O hotel é bem igual as fotos. É um custo benefício interessante. O quarto é grande, equipado com itens de cozinha, geladeira, etc. No entanto, tudo simples. Roupa de cama simples, travesseiros velhos, toalhas velhas e pequenas. O que não gostei foi do blecaute do quarto que passa muita luz e atrapalha de manhã. Acordei todo dia por conta da claridade. O café da manhã é bem básico igual, mas atende. O hotel fica literalmente na frente da praia, mas tem um hotel na frente, então não é pé na área. Mas é 30 segundos andando. A piscina do hotel é gostosa. Pedimos um bobo de camarão que está a ótimo. O grande destaque foi o atendimento super atencioso da Alessandra, que foi gentil ao extremo o tempo todo. Eu voltaria se meu objetivo fosse low cost, porque ele entrega o que promete, uma hospedagem simples baixo custo. Honesta
