The location was large, but one could clearly perceive the deterioration of the buildings and rooms. There were always cats and bags of garbage by my door. I arrived in the early hours of the morning, and the check-in was quick; however, I became disoriented on the premises and found no parking for my car, as the attendant did not escort me to the building. My assessment is: there are better-maintained and superior places available at more competitive prices.

Nice hotel that could have been so much more

We only stayed here for one night, and were greeted by a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is at a beautiful location. However the whole experience is let down by the poor cleaning and poor state everything was in. Broken tiles everywhere, most of the furniture was broken or very worn, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The bed was rock hard, but the air condition worked perfectly and kept the rooms nice and cool. I wish they at least would have fixed all the broken tiles in the pools, as it's very easy to get a cut on them. There are tons of cats in the area. They are docile and friendly, but there are a lot of them. Be aware if you're allergic or afraid of cats. The room was a bit filthy, and most kitchen utensils were missing. It's a bit sad, because this hotel has a lot of potential, and could be a real gem with a proper renovation. On the bright side it's very affordable.

O lugar é lindo, isso é fato. O quarto é espaçoso e confortável. O espaço é familiar. A comida do restaurante é muito cara (há restaurantes melhores nas imediações), o café da manhã tem pouca opção. Pensei que a piscina privada era com água aquecida (pelo menos) impossível tomar banho.

A proposta do hotel é muito boa, mas em geral, está precisando de uma baita reforma. O condomínio é antigo e precisa de uma manutenção urgente! Aluguei um quarto com piscina privativa, a piscina estava suja, soltando os rejuntes, nem tiveram a atenção devida para entregar a piscina limpa para o uso. Área da piscina, com uma vista muito bonita, som ambiente, lugar muito legal. Gostamos muito. Café da manhã, repetitivo, com poucas variedades, mas muito gostoso.

O complexo é divido entre hotel e residencial. Os bangalôs são grandes, mas estão velhos e mal cuidados. Muitos bichinho e gatos espalhados pelo local. No meu apt só tinha uma televisão na sala e eu achei que as fotos não condizem com o local, portas emperrando, banheiros e cantos do quarto sujos. Não iria novamente. O complexo no geral tá velho e precisando de uma reforma é melhor cuidado com os animais locais.
