No geral foi muito boa, só vale ressaltar o episódio do Check-in, cheguei no local as 10h o meu Check-in era as 14h sem problemas, aguardei até as 14h quando veio a responsável pelo mesmo veio me informar que iria começar a realizar a limpeza, quando eu solicitei para cancelar na mesma hora me liberou pra entrar, senti falta de um pouco de impatia pois quando a Gilda está no atendimento é outro quero deixar aqui registrado o meu parabéns a Gilda excelente profissional. está
