Péssimo atendimento...

Atendentes da recepção nao resolvem nada, simplesmente ignoram as providências e quando cobrados parece que estao fazendo um favor pra resolver. Os quartos minúsculos, nunca vi igual, a cama dura, internet esquece. A tv não tem sinal só funciona com Internet e como a Internet não funciona não tem televisão. Café da manhã é bom mas é todos os dias a mesma coisa, não se iludam com as belíssimas fotos. A localização é boa, praia de ponta verde suja, poluida.

Internet não funcionava e consequentemente a TV tb não, solicitei o reparo e fui ignorada, fiquei toda a estadia sem TV. Fui usar o telefone e descobri que era só enfeite, não funcionava também. Entraram no quarto e arrumaram a cama (não solicitei) e não retiraram o lixo do banheiro (???). O café da manhã no domingo foi um desastre, sem louça e copos limpos, alimentos sem reposição, realmente deixou muito a desejar.
