Predio sem manutenção e cafe da manhã pobre

Predio com problema de falta de manutenção bem como utensílio do banheiro (tampa do vaso e tampa da Lixeira soltas), janela do banheiro nao fecha, passa horas ou dias sem sinal de internet, cafe da manhã com itens amanhecidos ou faltando (hoje não tinha pão integral), e com poucas opções de queijo e sucos. Nao oferece iogurte.

Tivemos uma incrível experiência,quarto espaçoso, bem iluminado, condicionador de ar funcionando perfeitamente, wc espaçoso/chuveiro forte e preparado com barras de apoio para pessoa que tem algum tipo de limitação. Bom, porém falta vaga de estacionamento

O hotel é bom, tem o quarto amplo e confortável. Café da manhã variado e gostoso. Internet funciona bem nos quartos. Cama e travesseiros bons. O único problema é o estacionamento. Só existem as vagas de frente ao hotel, e como ele está geralmente cheio, é difícil conseguir vaga. Tive que parar o carro 2 quarteirões abaixo, e como era carro de locadora fiquei receoso.

Local excelente e estratégico, porém sem opção de estacionamento tendo que esperar quando surgir alguma vaga; recepcionista mal humorado deixando uma mal impressão logo no checkin. Ótima, funcionários sempre prestativos, hotel fica em boa localização, 5 minutos da praia. Perto de 2 Shoppings e dá para visitar mais outras duas praias tranquilamente, andando pela borda.

Custo x Benefício

Bom custo x benefício. Hotel de 3 andares com elevador. Quartos grandes e equipados. Ar condicionado split muito bom. Chuveiro com aquecimento central e alta pressão. Café da manhã muito bom, variado e com opção de tapiocas na hora. Ótimo bairro agradável, residencial, com muitas opções próximas e perto da orla que dá pra ir a pé por um calçadão. Somente o estacionamento é que na verdade são apenas vagas na calçada. As vagas são limitadas então quem chegar depois estaciona pela rua, que tem pouco movimento por ser sem saída, mas não tem tanto espaço pra estacionar.
