Acho que pro valor cobrado, precisaríamos de um melhor conforto. Quarto muito pequeno, apesar de confortável, o café da manhã é impecável. O que verdadeiramente deixa a desejar : localização, área de acesso estranha, rua estreita e com sinais de perigo. O local do hotel é distante do grande centro de Maceió.

Incrível, todos funcionários muito atenciosos… pousada com tudo novo! Parece que vc está hospedado na casa de alguém!!!! O café é servido a la carte (o que achei maravilhoso, pois vem tudo quentinho). O que gostei também que o local é afastado da muvuca da Capital! Mas pertinho não tem nenhuma infraestrutura…. É lugar mesmo para ficar e descasar!!!! Se vc estiver de carro, pode ir comer na cidade, mas é uma média de 20-30min.

Amei o hotel e o atendimento! Quarto maravilhoso, cheiroso, vista linda, banheiro/chuveiro excelentes! Toda a equipe (destaque para a D. Zélia, camareira, que fez de tudo para encontrar um travesseiro ideal para mim), mostrou-se empenhada em tornar nossa hospedagem agradável! Lençóis, colchão, toalhas e amenidades ótimas, mas os travesseiros precisam ser trocados, estão com o enchimento empelotados. Café da manhã uma delícia, cardápio muito bem elaborado, tudo muito saboroso. Agradeço imensamente à equipe por tornar maravilhosos nossos dias no hotel!!!

O Hotel é lindo, com decoração impecável, atendimento muito bom e boa comida. Contudo, os quartos 1 e 2, que ficam de frente para recepção, são barulhentos. Principalmente o quarto 1 que dá para rua e com isso se escuta barulhos de carros e motos que passam e cachorros que latem quando estes passam. No mais, tudo ótimo.

Excelente estadia

Excelente estadia. Hotel pequeno com bom serviço. Quarto de tamanho bom e com cama muito confortável. Roupas de cama e toalhas de ótima qualidade. A praia é muito boa em maré baixa, mas agitada na maré alta. Foi uma excelente escolha para fugir da agitação do carnaval. Recomendo alugar um carro caso queiram frequentar locais mais movimentados ou restaurantes perto da Pajuçara.

Ótimo hotel tranquilo e reservado pé na areia

Estada ótima, 4a vez que voltamos a esse hotel confortável, reservado e beira-mar. A praia não é turística, então é tranquila. A equipe é ótima. As amenities do quarto são excelentes. Única questão: o restaurante do hotel deveria ter mais opções vegetarianas no cardápio (havia menos do que das outras vezes) e deveria também retomar a política de ser possível pedir comida fora e comer na área social do restaurante, desde que gastando algo lá (vinho, sobremesa, entrada etc). Recomendamos muito e pretendemos voltar, espero que com as sugestões nossas atendidas.

Minha segunda vez no local e com poucas observações a serem feitas comparando com a ultima ida em 2022. Um ponto é sobre o cardápio disponibilizado que, em 2022, notei muitas opções mais diferentes com mais diversidade de pratos e acompanhamentos e variedades. Outro ponto seria em relação ao horário de funcionamento do restaurante especialmente ao sábado fechando ainda mais sendo, não sendo possível realizar pedidos a partir das 21:30. Finalizando, algo que não acho ser muito justo é a cobrança dos 10% ao encerrar a conta pois é um serviço oferecido pelo próprio Hotel então, na minha percepção, não vejo motivos para ser cobrados. Alguns pontos de observação apenas, porém não estragou a estada.

A pousada é excelente! Café da manhã perfeito cama confortável. Restaurante mto bom para almoçar ou jantar. Nossa experiência no Flor de Lis foi perfeita! Sem reclamações. O quarto é maravilhoso, com cama muito boa, chuveiro bom, bem decorado e muito aconchegante. A estrutura do hotel é ótima, atendimento muito bom, as refeições são deliciosas, assim como os drinks. Hotel intimista, sem muitos hóspedes, o que torna perfeito para descansar! A praia/mar não é ideal para ficar, mas o hotel é tão aconchegante que preferimos ficar nas instalações. Podem ir sem medo, super recomendo!
