Located in the Los Pantanos de Montbarbat development in Maçanet de la Selva, surrounded by nature, you can enjoy tranquility without giving up leisure: hiking trails, restaurants, and the lively center of Lloret are nearby.



The 210 m² house is set in a 1,300 m² garden with flowers and fruit trees. It features a double barbecue, large stone table under a mulberry tree, basketball area, terrace with fig tree, outdoor shower, and toilet. In summer, a small private pool is set up, and just a few meters away you’ll find the communal pool, sports courts, ping pong, and playground.



The spacious porch with arches, equipped year-round with thermal curtains and heaters, is perfect for gatherings. The living-dining room has a fireplace, sofas, TV, and board games. There’s also a workspace and parking in the development.



On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and another bathroom. Upstairs, there’s a double bedroom, a room with bunk beds for three, and the unique "Cave," a former low-ceilinged rabbit hutch converted into a common room where up to 9 can sleep—the children’s favorite spot. A crib is available and one pet is allowed.



Important: Out of respect for the neighbors, you must keep quiet at night.
