Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 3 m, depth 170 - 125 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: table tennis, playroom, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km. Walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 72 km, Girona 33 km, Lloret 19 km, Blanes 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
