Entrada estacionamento não autorizado na chegada

Excelente estadia! Porém no check in, não foi autorizado a entrada no estacionamento na chegada ao hotel, tive que estacionar o carro na rua (não havia vaga), fazer o check in na recepção, voltar para o carro estacionar no estacionamento oferecido pelo hotel. Quando poderia ter entrado direto para o estacionamento, depois fazer o check in na recepção e entrado para o quarto.

Séjour on couple

Lê cofre de la chambre ne pas marché, nous avons demandé 3 jours défilée à la réception pour résoudre le problème mais rien n’était fait. Les couloirs de l’hôtel sont sales, pendant les trois semaines à l’hôtel personne a passé l’aspirateur. Les balcons était jamais nettoyé et les draps de lits était changé que deux fois pendant les trois semaines. À part ça le hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel le petit déjeuner est très bon, la localisation et plutôt bien pas loin de la plage et des restaurants. Nous avons profité bien de l’hôtel on espère juste que le ménage soit fait meilleur la prochaine fois. Muito obrigada

Nunca mais!

Hotel precisando de uma reforma, quarto amplo, porém antigo, a chave nao funcionava, a trava de segurança interna da porta estava quebrada, não tinha secador de cabelo no quarto, tive que descer para pegar, qdo peguei, o mesmo funcionou 2 minutos depois parou! Ar condicionado nao gela, ruim, antigo. Nao tinha papel higienico no banheiro, liguei 3x para pedir e ninguem levou! Nunca mais!

Attention to detail on maintenance required

A good hotel in good location, however starting to look dated, needs attention to maintain height standard. Cleaning service poor, missed on 2 days and we had to continually call to get room serviced. Pool area amenities, chairs, planting needs replacing, area cleaned. Reception area, repair work poor to painting, ceiling repairs and front door handles loose and needs repair.

Macaé surpreende positivamente quem não a conheceu

A Praia dos Cavaleiros é muito bonita e a infraestrutura de bares, restaurantes e comércio em geral surpreende quem não conhece Macaé. O Hotel Mercure tem uma vista incrível para a praia, os funcionários são muito solícitos e simpáticos e o café da manhã é bom. A poderosa rede Accor, entretanto, deveria investir na manutenção do espaço, especialmente no interior dos quartos, pois os sinais de desgaste são bastante nítidos no mobiliário e no banheiro. Um último detalhe: do Mercure até a praia é preciso atravessar a Rodovia Amaral Peixoto e um quarteirão numa caminhada de menos de 10 minutos.

Hotel muito bom

Mercure é um hotel excelente, estrutura impecável, funcionário atenciosos, café da manhã incrível. Minha única queixa é que a atendente disse que me colocaria em quarto frente mar e não colocou o que gera um certa frustração .

Péssima

O hotel precisa URGENTEMENTE de uma reforma. Corredor dos andares com carpete já muito velho, com cheiro desagradável. Quartos precisando serem reformados. Móveis já precisando serem trocados, espelhos do banheiro em pessimas condições. Quando entramos no quarto o ar-condicionado estava desligado, o botão de ligar estava quebrado, só ligou depois de colocar o dedo dentro dentro controle do ar-condicionado, correndo risco de tomar um choque. A única coisa boa do hotel hoje, são os funcionários.

Não basta ter bela vista

Além do lençol sobre o colchão, apenas uma colcha comunitária, sem um outro lençol para me cobrir. No banheiro, apesar de ser quarto de casal, apenas uma toalha de banho e nenhuma de rosto. Admito que as trouxeram, assim que solicitadas. Porta papel higiênico frouxa, permitindo a queda dos rolos, sempre que manipulados. Frasco de shampoo vazio… Nem solicitei. Colchão de molas barulhento, muito incômodo.

Roupa de cama de péssima qualidade com manchas amareladas, cama tinha apenas um lençol e o edredon para usar direto sem proteção (como padrão do hotel segundo os funcionários!!!) restaurante deixa a desejar.

Esperava um pouco mais

Não foi bem o que esperava, apesar do suporte da equipe do hotel que nós trocou de quarto 3 vezes, foi aquém do que esperava. Banheiro e frigobar sujo, e frigobar fazendo degelo - isso no primeiro quarto. No segundo, após a troca, à internet não funcionava, e precisava da mesma para finalizar um trabalho no computador. Fomos para um terceiro quarto, inferior ao primeiro, mas conseguimos ficar os dias da estadia nele. Apesar da equipe prestativa, esperava um pouco mais do hotel enquanto infraestrutura. Não sei se retornarei com minha família para mais uma estadia. Infelizmente. Pontos positivos, a equipe, a área da piscina. O café atendeu bem.
