Gostei do hotel, mas o atendimento da funcionaria Ester, deixou a desejar, houve um episodio em q meu filho entrou no elevador e despencou 2 andares, aoapertarem o sinal de emergencia , ngm atendeu, e qdo fomos relatar pra atendente, duvidou , falando q e normal..ao fechar a conta pedimos pra esperar os outros 2 quartos pra pagar os adicionais tudo junto... Ai fez cara feia e falou, "Haja paciencia".. Muito desagradavel... Os qiartos com cheiro de mofo, e meio velhps...

O pior Íbis que eu já me hospedei.

Quartos apertadíssimos, serviços super limitados, elevadores que demoram eternidade, atendimento, conservação e qualidade em geral muito abaixo até mesmo do padrão Íbis. O hotel e muito ruim decoraçao confusa muitos carpetes ja desgastados os quartos cheirando a mofo e acustica pessima .ainda tem o cafe pessimo quase sem item nenhum comida fria e velha e 25 reais a gerente do restaurante nada simpatica ainda diz com deboche que o cafe e um luxo do hotel. Ñ voltarei jamais foi uma expeciencia tão ruim que nem cumpri minhas hospedagens tds .....

Péssima

Decepcionante. Ja havia me hospedado oem outras ocasiões no ibis, mas dessa vez foi muito ruim. Trocamos 3 vezes de quarto, porque as roupas de cama estavam sujas e nao tinha camareira para trocar. Ficamos no 6 andar, o elevador deu defeito, tivemos que descer de escada e ficar na ultima troca de quarto no 1 andar. Travesseiro fino, horrível. Cafe da manhã sem muitas opções, bem simples. Talvez nao seja mais uma opcao de estadia.
