"If i could give this accommodation 10 stars out of 5 I would. The apartment itself is well designed and comfortable, the view of the ocean directly outside is amazing. The location in a golf village, is quiet, secure, and lovely. All told, one of the nicest places we have stayed. But the welcome and assistance from the owner was above and beyond . We had to return home early for medical reasons and Caecia provided useful suggestions, practical support, and above all, empathy in this difficult time. I very much hope to be able to go back."

"I stayed here for 7 nights and paid for an AC room, but the AC was not working from the second night. The room was extremely hot and suffocating, and the fan was ineffective. We could not sleep properly for multiple nights. What is unacceptable is that this was never informed to us in advance. Instead of taking responsibility or offering any compensation or solution, the host and his wife tried to convince us that AC was not required. After we complained, their behavior became rude and unfriendly, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. If you are charging for an AC room, you must provide it or compensate the guest. Guests are paying for comfort, not to adjust and suffer. Very disappointing experience. Lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no accountability. I would not recommend this place. What is most unacceptable is that they never informed us in advance about the AC problem. "The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either. The fridge stunk !! I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available. Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !! I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !! R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even eat or drink anything before washing dishes first. Never again "
