"Our stay was deeply disappointing due to troubling décor and poor service. Upon arrival, we were surprised to see numerous statues in the lobby and common areas depicting what appeared to be racial caricatures of servants.
As my wife is from the Caribbean, we found this imagery to be offensive and insensitive, evoking a painful historical context. It made us very uncomfortable in what should be a welcoming environment.
When we politely raised our concern at the front desk, the staff response...

"房間有設計感，老屋重新設計，一樑一柱都見心思，細節滿滿，也夠寬敞，公共區域設施非常完善，很喜歡公共空間那個小露台。唯獨有客人買味道很臭的螺絲粉，在那邊吃，欠缺自覺性。
難得地每一位職員都非常有禮貌，近年少有的體驗，入住及介紹都清晰，笑容和招呼都不缺，同時沒有過度熱情，I 人也放心了，最開心是派發的食肆合作夥伴餐飲券，不是隨便找一間早餐店給人客，部分如大稻埕滷肉飯極有名氣。唯獨小缺點是我住的豪華房沒有熱水壺、要上一層取熱水及茶杯茶包等，熱飲人會覺得太麻煩。
交通及周邊設施非常好，期待有機會再入住。
