"Room clean just very outdated, was given 4 keys to unlock doors, one for front entrance door, if arriving back to hotel and nobody's there, an old style skeleton key for room door, another key for patiodoor, and a key for safe, was interesting to say the least. Staff are very friendly speak English and make you feel welcomed, also will give you help on where to go and how to get there. Area a little far from anything within a normal walking distance. Having a vehicle is definitely recommended even to just get to beach. Was very quiet my 5 day stay. But definitely wouldn't want to stay in that area again, as it gets very boring. 15 minutes car ride to busier parts. Had mini fridge and air-conditioned/ heat, room was very large. Parking was easily available. Also easy to get to room fast. "

"After a difficult start trying to find my villa on a cold rainy night because of the useless map given out at check-in, number 407 proved spacious and comfortable and the kitchenette well stocked and easy to use. The cleaning and support staff were all friendly. Breakfast when ordered was generous and good and it was a delight to be given fresh bread on the first morning. I didn't have time to sample the L'Escargot restaurant but did find the small library in the reception building. Thankful to Fatima and her buggy for helpful lifts up the steep path because I had knee problems. The view was fine morning and night."

"It was a spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen with a helpful staff. The location was close to restaurants and the beach and it had a quiet ambience. We stayed for one week and found it quite affordable. We had a large bakcony and the king bed was very comfortable. "

"Place was clean and convenient location. You are able to walk to the main area of the town and the beach/boardwalk. A car is recommended to explore the Algarve. And parking is plentiful behind the building. Anything we needed or requested was accommodated within a day or two by the property manager. The maids came after a week to clean and replace linens. A few things in the unit could use updating but overall a good place to hang our hat for our two weeks of exploring. Thank you. "
