  • New Listing. Treat yourself to this luxurious 3,500 square foot lakefront property at Tie Lake. Savour the views of the lake and mountains from the private dock mere steps away from the spacious lawn surrounded by beautiful mature larch and birch trees. Get reacquainted with family and friends on the huge wraparound deck with gas BBQ or challenge them to a game of pool. Don’t forget about ending your day by soaking in the 7 person hot tub. Located in a quiet family location.

    All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at Tie Lake, capacity cannot exceed 10 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 6 parking spots and no street parking allowed.
