Hotel Empire
The room is small and the decor is a bit worn but it is clean and comfortable. Location is perfect - across the street from Luxembourg Central, but surprisingly quiet (I stayed during the week). Rates are very good value considering the central location. The breakfast is great! I would stay here ...
