OTXIBARRE is a beautiful independent Basque-style house located 1.3km from the town of Luxe-Sumberraute, 6.2km from Saint-Palais. You will enjoy a pleasant setting, in the heart of the Basque countryside. The OTXIBARRE gîte is spacious and comfortable, laid out on 2 levels and offers great amenities. On the ground floor : - an equipped kitchen (5-burner piano, American refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher) and dining area - a living room with relaxation area opening onto the outside - a pantry (washing machine, dryer) - 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, adjoining shower room/wc - 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed Upstairs : - a lounge/relaxation area with library and TV - 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed - 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 1 90 cm mezzanine bed, a desk - 1 bedroom with 1 160 bed - a bathroom - a toilet Beds are made for your arrival and linen is provided. WiFi internet connection (fiber). Large yard with parking for your cars. Semi-covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Swimming pool (10x5m) unheated, treated with salt and secured by a curtain (open from June 1 to September 30, depending on weather conditions) The central position of the house will allow you to discover the Basque Country. The main centers of interest are less than an hour away. The region is also rich in hiking trails and routes for cyclists. OTXIBARRE: a beautiful Basque house with swimming pool for holidays with family or friends in the heart of the Lower Navarre countryside
