Spend winter days skiing or snowboarding right from the property, then return to relax and enjoy the resort amenities. During warmer months, explore nearby hiking and biking trails, waterfalls, Superior National Golf Course, and the Lake Superior shoreline.

Pet-Friendly: While this unit welcomes pets, they must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please be sure to select the “I am traveling with pets” box under the traveler details when making your reservation. A $125 non-refundable pet fee will apply.

Parking: One designated parking space is included.

Check-In: Self check-in directly at the unit.

After you`ve completed your booking, you will receive a registration link via email of which will direct you to sign and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. You will be required to complete this prior to receiving check-in instructions.

Important Information

Resort Amenities: Pools, hot tubs, and shared amenities are HOA-managed and may close without notice. Availability is not guaranteed, and refunds are not provided for amenity closures.

Ski Access: Ski-in/ski-out access depends on Lutsen Mountains operations, weather, snowfall, and trail availability and is outside the host’s control.

Rental Agreement: A short registration form must be completed after booking and before check-in details are released.

Weather: Refunds are not provided for weather, environmental, air-quality, or related travel disruptions, including snowstorms, icy roads, wildfire smoke, late arrivals, or early departures. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Cancellation: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
