We had issues with our unit and I talked to the manager and our unit was upgraded without any additional charges.I was so touched.we have been staying here for last 20 years and highly recommend caribou high land.

Staff was extremely accommodating once we got there. There seems to have been miscommunication before arrival, for arranging things such as gondola passes and shuttle services. “Misplacing the bookings”. Once I expressed my frustration they did seem to get the matter resolved. The shuttle service driver Jacob was absolutely amazing. Was available the second we called, and made our experience amazing! Dealing with 14 bachelorette party ladies was definitely a tall task!Deserves a raise for sure!
