Close to airport

Good Budget hotel walking distance to the airport. Cleanliness was ok. Food in the onsite restaurant was adequate, but breakfast was poor, it took a long time for the buffet breakfast to be refilled and what was their not hot. I would stay again as proximity to the airport, but would forgo the breakfast

Good place to stay before an early flight

Booked a one night stay prior to an early flight from Luton Airport. Good price compared to other hotels in the area (especially as we were only going to be there for 8 hrs). Check-in & check-out were quick. Room was small but fine for what we needed & my four year old was happy with his 'cupboard bed', Bathroom was clean & hotel was quiet. Bus stop is directly across the road from the hotel & times are displayed in the hotel lobby. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

Preconceptions blown away!

I was quite sniffy about the title 'budget' and had pre-engaged my mindset in preparation. Rooms are quite basic but had superb aircon, shower and bed was among the comfiest I have slept on in some time. All in all my preconceptions were batted to the outfield. Would go here again.

Very small room

The room is very small and really basic. Only a very thin table and bed and one chair. No pot, no coffee or tea. Parking £10 per day.

Shower was dirty with chewing gum and hair, was not cleaned after it was reported three times, everything was a rip off, drunk people everywhere stinking hotel...it's not a budget hotel at all...not even a kettle in the room, ends up costing a fortune...so many hidden charges...save money stay in a nicer hotel!

Comfortable hotel at the airport

I was satisfied with the hotel, it's walkable distance from the airport. The room was basic but clean and the beds were comfortable. Unlike in other Ibis budget hotels, here bathroom was separated from the room which was also an advantage. Check in and check out was very fast and the receptionists were friendly.

Always a pleasure to stay - reliable, comfy, clean

Mohammed and his Team are always very welcoming. Comfortable stay as always. Very clean place and convenient with frequent bus service to airport and town almost outside. Bus times are updated in a useful real-time display at Reception. Recommend this hotel as very good value if you mainly need an overnight stay with no frills (as no kettle or desk in room). Relaxed dining area at Reception, a list of food and drinks available is given at check-in.

Another comfortable stay - highly recommend

I often stay here as it's very good value for an overnight stay next to the airport. Definitely recommend it if you're happy with a clean, quiet, room, a comfy bed and a TV, good shower, and don't mind that there is no desk/kettle/tea/coffee in the room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice relaxed cafe area at Reception.

Convenient, clean & comfortable

Very comfortable and all the Staff are very welcoming and helpful. No need to spend any money on taxis either from Luton Town rail or bus station, or the airport. as there is a frequent bus service at all hours which stops right outside. In fact you can walk to the airport in about 10 minutes. Recommend this hotel.

Clean hotel. Perfect for what I needed. One night stay before the flight. Bus stop to the airport opp the hotel..less than 5 min ride . You can walk to the terminal if you fancy 10 - 15 min.. Breakfast is good.

More cleaning please!

Just had an overnight stay. The room was filthy, the floor has not been cleaned for a while. There were hairs on the sheets. Beds very uncomfortable and don't waste money on the breakfast, better to grab something at the airport.

Highly recommend, no frills but very clean & comfy

Very comfortable stay, warm welcome by Mohammed and Hussain who are very helpful. Rooms are basic in that they have no kettle, hairdryer or iron but are perfectly adequate for overnight stays at a budget price and very clean with plenty of plugs and USB charging points. Also good air-conditioning, good shower-room and very quiet. There's a nice cafe area at Reception and snacks and drinks available to buy 24/7. If you're on a business trip you might like to ask specifically for a Double room with a table as when I stayed in one before it had a small table for laptop/files etc. The Double Room with Multiple Beds is a double bed with a single fold-away bed in a cupboard, a stool and a TV with a narrow shelf which is fine for me. Nice view from the 6th floor shows how near the airport it is. Very convenient for buses from Luton Rail and Bus Station (I took the A bus from bus stand number 1 but I think there are others too) which stops right opposite the hotel. PS there are two IBIS hotels so make sure you go to the right one! Highly recommend and have rebooked.

Terrible service but decent hotel for the money

Thank you for the stay but will not be returning. My interaction with (who seemed to be) a manager of some sort was beyond terrible. Answered the phone while checking me in, didn’t make eye contact or any attempt to make me feel welcome at all. I almost felt like I was checking into a prison. He was ordering me about and shunted paperwork to sign in. After being handed the key card, I asked “sorry, what room was it again?” He looked at me as if I were stupid and slowly said “.... it’s on the card...?” Whilst heading towards the room he immediately began interrogating a female member of staff, asking: “right, can you explain why room ** took you so long?” .. in front of other guests. Apart from the rude service, the hotel was clean and presentable. The room could use a desk but the showers are nice so thank you. Will definitely stick with premier inn as had been staying in those for two nights previous and felt very welcome and walked to my room with a smile & looked forward to the night ahead with them. Once I got to my room I genuinely felt like (never been to haha) I’d been checked into a detention centre SIMPLY due to the way he spoke to a guest that is literally paying his wage. I hope this gets taken seriously, happy to give more details on request.
