There are some people outside that appear to be sketchy but they are not trying to bother nobody. They have always been friendly. They don't ask for anything. They are just outside smoking cigarettes. Don't be alarmed. They are nice people. "

"Apartment was very clean and had plenty of space for 4 people. It is in a great location for access to downtown Denver. Grocery stores, gas stations and Wal-Mart nearby. There is a liquor store and tattoo parlor across the street which did not cause us any problems. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We had a very minor issue while we were there and Sanja fixed it immediately. Would stay here again."

The location in-between the mountains and Denver initially drew our eye, but we were even more excited when we discovered a nearby playground park and nature preserve with so many trails all within walking distance. The home itself was exactly as advertised, within a quiet neighborhood, and the host was prompt if we had questions. Highly recommend this location!"
