  • The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. Air conditioning. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
    Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.
    ** No smoking inside and no pets.

Spring break

This was a great location. We came for our kids spring break. We went shark diving at the downtown aquarium, girls salon day, and then a day at the zoo before heading back home. This place was perfectly located for it all while still being able to enjoy the quiet at the end of the day.
