  • Located in Lusignan, this 136 m² gîte welcomes up to 8 guests in a peaceful countryside setting. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for your group. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. For your convenience, you have Wi-Fi, a TV, washing machine, baby cot, and high chair. The single-level layout offers easy access throughout the house.



    Outside, relax on your private, uncovered terrace and enjoy meals with your own barbecue. A shared garden and ping-pong table are also available for your leisure and relaxation.



    Three shared parking spaces are available on site. Please note that parties and events are not permitted.



    The property is located between Futuroscope and the Marais Poitevin, with easy access to attractions such as the Vallée des Singes, the forests of the six valleys, and the Stained Glass Museum in Curzay-sur-Vonne. Many hiking trails and sports activities await you nearby. Weekend bookings are possible with a minimum stay of 3 nights. A second holiday home with the same capacity is on the property and can be connected to this one or remain separate, ideal for larger groups.
