"The property was absolutely beautiful! Inspired by ottoman and mongol architecture, the hotel was like a palace! Views were beautiful and a feast for the eyes. We were upgraded to a premium room and was lovely for me and my family. Everything was brilliant, however more choice at breakfast would have been nice ans more of a staff presence by the poolside would be appreciated. The sunbeds look worn, and have seen better days. Turn down service was great and a credit to the hotel. Lovely overall...

"The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. From the door staff to receptionists, cleaners and lifeguards. The service was excellent. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The pool and beach area was amazing and the kids enjoyed it so much. I would definitely recommend."
