I wanted to give this accomodation 5 stars since the building is beautiful and the diner options are excellent. However I stayed for 9 nights and for some crazy reason the jacuzzi was turned off after sitting in it for an hour which made me feel like I overstayed my welcome? It was a bald dark man around 45 years old at the swimming pool. Extremely rude was his behavior so therefore my rating.

The attention to detail, the high level of service, and the friendly attitude of the staff truly set this hotel apart. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, or with housekeeping, we were always met with a smile and the utmost care.
