In the heart of the village, this characterful house offers a large walled garden (2000 m²), perfect for relaxation and enjoying time outdoors. Why not take advantage of the opportunity to play a game of ping-pong or badminton?
The large garden allows you to fully enjoy sunny days and dine on the terrace, while the spacious and bright interior offers comfort and authentic charm.
In season, enjoy a crackling fire by the wood-burning stove to warm up after a walk in the countryside.
Parking is available on the street, and for electric vehicle drivers, a charging station is located just steps from the cottage.

Ground floor: The central hallway leads to the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There is one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each, as well as a shower room with a separate toilet.
