"The house is in a very rural area of Gozo and has no direct access by car. To access the property you have to park on the road and then walk down an alley (approximately 400 feet) to the house. The kitchen urgently needs renovation, which we understand will be done shortly. Dishwasher and kitchen counters need to be replaced and also pots and pans. The linen and blankets also need updating and more care has to be paid to the size of the linens and blankets. A twin blanket on a queen bed does...

"Beautiful farmhouse, spacious, quiet and well equipped. Walk is a lovely town with so many walkable attractions. Gozo is fabulous - worth hiring a car to see the whole island The Trabone family were wonderful! Highly recommend you stay at Simar farmhouse"

"We stayed in this property in July/August 2022. We had an enjoyable and memorable two weeks. It comes with clean and good size rooms, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. I would prefer at least one room with double bed though. Pool area is nice with pink flowers falling everyday and decent sun beds. Due to the hot weather and surrounding vegetation, the outdoor floor, furniture and pool will require cleaning almost every day before use. The alleyway accessing the house could do with extra light...

"The farmhouse is a beautiful stay. We were a family group of 8 adults. There are so many room in the house that you would never feel on top of each other. The pool is a great size with plenty of dining space in multiple areas. Nice addition of the bbq and the kitchen is very large to cook in for a big group. My only comment would be on the cleanliness and maintenance of some areas in the house. One bedroom did have plenty of hair all over the floor when we arrived and there were quite a few...

"This lovely farmhouse is a perfect place to spend a few days relaxing by the pool. It is very clean and each bedroom has an ensuite which we found very comfortable. Neighbourhood is very quite and street parking is available. Host replied very quickly and is very nice. Would definitely recommend !"

"Not a great start to the stay as despite sending messages to the host that we were on our way with an eta we were given no contact details of where to collect the keys to the property. Eventually after a 2 hour wait outside the property and an over an hour phone call to vrbo (which cost a load) who did book us hotel rooms as a last resort as they couldnt contact anyone either we got a phone call from the host when we were on our way to the hotel that the house manager was now at the property to...

"It was the perfect place for my family! Watching the kids run around made my heart sing. Pool was perfect, and very needed as it was extremely hot. Took a half day boat ride, and had a dinner made for us by Claire and it was wonderful! All the beautiful courtyards and outdoor dining was everything I hoped for!"

"Lovely villa in a working town. A good location to visit places nothing was too far and using bolt was brilliant as parking outside would have been difficult. Being a working town it is not quiet as the bus plus lots of other vehicles go past. It tends to become a lot quieter after 2. "A gem of a holiday home - super stylish, great communication from Sonja throughout, neat location for town and beach (on bus route too), restruants and shops in walking distance, lovely pool, and a very well equipped home. The house offers all day sun and shade - pending your preference. The house is on a road, but it does not distract. If you are staying in Gozo - you will not be disappointed."
