The location is great, 10 minutes drive from Hartland Quay and approx 30 minutes to appledore/westward ho. After being out all day the hot tub was a nice place to relax!"

"An out of the way location accessed by single track road. The lodge was clean and tidy but the double bed was rather uncomfortable. Also, the double bed had not been fitted with a bottom sheet and this had to be requested. There is no wi-fi connection."

"It suits us very well. Quit and located to the area we love. The only two points to mention are two single beds for those used to a double but that’s better than a narrow double anyway, and the old building has a bit of fusty smell. That doesn’t mark it down for us and mentioned so that people go in the realisation of that."
