We had a wonderful time, the staff was very nice and helpful, they took care of every detail to make us feel confortable. The cleanliness, the organization, the delicious food, I really recommend this beautiful hotel. Thanks to all of you, specially Caroline and Esteban.

We went with my husband to spend the weekend and were fascinated with Lunahuana, the environment, the river and above all the warmth and attention of the hotel staff. They helped us with an urgency that we had and sincerely appreciate the kindness and of course the super attentive service. The hotel is in a calm place, a paradise surrounded by hills that contrast in colors. Its beautiful facilities surrounded by nature, decoration and super cute paintings. I loved. The very clean pool, the comfortable cabin, a delicious trout with the vinaigrette and the delicious macerated cocktails. Super recommended !!

Lindo para un retiro, pero múltiples oportunidades
1. El hotel no cumple con el modelo de reserva del aplicativo, exige un prepago al 100%. 2. A nivel logístico mi cabaña tuvo filtro de aire que lo repararon al día siguiente y no pudimos tener agua caliente ningún día. 3. La atención cordial y la comida increíble, pero tiempos de espera de más de 40 minutos. 4. Calidad vs precio no compensa pero si es acogedor

Estimado cliente, Lamentamos mucho que la experiencia no haya sido del todo satisfactoria y tomaremos cada detalle mencionado para revisarlo. Sobre el tema del prepago, el hotel se reserva el derecho de poder hacerlo y está normado en este aplicativo así como los otros con los que trabajamos, y durante feriados o fiestas patrias que hay mucha demanda así lo hacemos para evitar inconvenientes. Efectivamente solicitó que se le cierren los respiraderos de la habitación por tener mucho frío, algo que fue realizado por nuestro personal de mantenimiento al día siguiente y mientras tanto se le ofreció otra colcha adicional. El tema del agua caliente nos sorprende ya que todas las habitaciones están conectadas a la misma red de flujo de agua caliente y ninguna habitación tuvo ese problema. Gracias por todos sus comentarios, vamos a revisar a detalle cada observación y así poder seguir mejorando.
