Come and discover the charming and peaceful Marine of Sant'Ambrogio in the town of Lumio en BALAGNE located 14 kilometres from the airport of CALVI and 80 kilometres from that of Bastia / 12 kilometres from the Port of Ile Rousse and 85 kilometres from that of Bastia.

Our house is located on the beach, facing the sea, feet in the water. It will offer you a full 180° sea view but also a view of the mountain, the two faces of Corsica.

This white house with a vaulted roof will welcome you with a peaceful enclosed garden.

On the other façade, its large terrace open to the sea will allow you to access the beach directly from its stone staircase. It is a living room in its own right as it benefits from a covered pergola.

A concierge service will welcome you on arrival on the premises and will show you around the house and at your disposal throughout your stay.

The two bedrooms (beds 140 and 160) each have their own private bathroom and storage furniture and wardrobe bars. Bed linen and towels are free, they include for two people per room: 1 fitted sheet and 1 flat sheet – 2 pillowcases / 2 tea towels – 2 shower sheets and 2 towels.

The cleaning fee is included in the rental price subject to proper maintenance throughout the stay, which will be checked by the concierge service at the exit of the premises.
A maintenance starter kit will help you is offered including: dishwashing liquid – dishwasher tablets – 1 mini soap/bathroom – kitchen and bathroom rubbish bags – toilet disinfectant block – 1 toilet/toilet roller.

Each room benefits from a differentiated and adjustable reversible air conditioning.

You will find all the essential equipment for a great stay: oven, microwave, ice maker, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine...

The decoration and operation of this house have been designed to be very functional, comfortable and pleasant to live in, which is why a deposit by undebited cheque will be requested by the Concierge at the entrance of the premises and returned at the end of your stay.

The port and its shops are located nearby and it is very pleasant not to have to take your car to do some shopping.

A private car park allows you to safely accommodate your car.
