Above Lugano, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, south-west facing position. Private: beautiful garden (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 16.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house (mountain road). Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 5 km, bus stop "Linie 12" 5 m. Nearby attractions: Gandria-Porlezza-Como, Swissminiatur, Melide, Mercato Como, Ponte Tresa, Luino IT, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como, Lago Maggiore. Hiking paths: Monte Bré,Monte Tamaro und Splash+Spa, San Salvatore-Alpe Vicania - Morcote, Sentiero dell'olivo. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the city. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. E-charging station. Die Buchung über Interhome ist nicht befriedigend! Für Buchung 2 Pers. Wurde uns der gleiche Preis verrechnet wie für 6 Pers. Bemerkt haben wir das erst als die Buchung abgeschlossen war. Über Umwege ist es uns gelungen doch noch für den Preis 2 Pers. zu Buchen.
