Above Lugano, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope, south-west facing position. Private: beautiful garden (fenced) wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (6 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 16.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Motor access to the house (mountain road). Stepped path (25 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. E-charging station. Shop 5 km, bus stop "Linie 12" 5 m. Nearby attractions: Gandria-Porlezza-Como, Swissminiatur, Melide, Mercato Como, Ponte Tresa, Luino IT, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio. Upper floor: 1 small children's room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 large terraces partly covered, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (5). Marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the countryside and the city. Super Ausblick über die Stadt

Das Haus ist sehr schön und bietet einen ausgezeichneten Blick über die Stadt. Die Einrichtung ist fast vollständig original aus den 60er Jahren erhalten und wo nötig sehr sorgfältig ergänzt worden. Somit bietet das Haus auch eine kleine Zeitreise in die Vergangenheit und ist besonders für Design-LiebhaberInnen zu empfehlen. Für kleine Kinder sind die vielen Treppen eine Herausforderung, aber dies gilt für viele Häuser im Tessin. Ingesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung, nur die traumhafte Aussicht war noch besser! Die Bushaltestelle direkt beim Haus bringt einen unkompliziert zu diversen Lidos, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder ins Zentrum von Lugano.

Traumhaft!

Nach einigen Jahren Unterbruch durften wir dieses Jahr wieder einmal das Nido di Rondine geniessen. Der Anschluss an den ÖV ist unterdessen optimal, alle 30 Minuten hat es einen direkten Bus aus Lugano Centro. Wir freuen uns auf einen weiteren Aufenthalt!

Haus mit einzigartiger Lage und Panorama

Unterkunft war bestens. Mühsam ist, dass man Interhome nicht erreichen kann. Immer besetzt - man kommt nicht durch mit Tel Das ist echt schlecht bei Interhome und ein Grund , nicht mehr bei Interhome zu buchen. Daher : Kundenservice insgesamt "mangelhaft"

Sehr, sehr schöne Aussicht. Wohnung alt aber sehr sauber und sehr angenehm. Nur die Grille waren leider nicht zu gebrauchen da sie sehr viel Rost und Verkrustung hatten.

Ein wahres Schwalbennest

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus . Ideal für Wanderungen . Ganz toll die Bushaltestelle vor der Tür . Die Aussicht auf Lugano , Berge und See sind fantastisch ( tagsüber wie auch in der Nacht . ) Nachts sehr ruhig . Toll auch die Moskitonetze vor den Schlafzimmern . Schade , dass in einem Zimmer das Bett zu klein für zwei Erwachsene ist . Pool mit Liegewiese ganz toll . Super , dass solch eine Location mit Hund vermietet wird .

Magnifique petite maison avec une vue magnifique sur Lugano. La piscine est petite mais parfaite pour les enfants. Logement idéal pour 4/5 personnes, c'est prévu pour 6 mais ça fait serrer. Très propre, bien entretenue tout est disponible sur place.

Dejlig ferie

Super dejlig ferie i et skønt charmerende hus. Huset er velindrettet og med alle nødvendige køkkenredskaber. Selvom huset er uden aircondition er det tilstrækkeligt køligt om natten selv ved hedebølge og 38 grader om dagen. Poolen er ikke gigantisk men fint tilstrækkelig til sjov og nedkøling. Udsigten over søen og Lugano by er ubeskrivelig smuk.
