It is what it is. A room! A safe room! Close to the station Pretty clean! An all around great place for a bed and a place to call home a few nights.

I stayed here for one night and I definitely got my money's worth. The bathroom and shower were shared with other guests but they were really clean. The food was also great although a bit expensive. The room was a bit shoddy, but I'm not complaining; the beds were clean, towels were provided, the TV had plenty of channels, and I had a sink in the room which made it a very comfortable stay. If I go back to Lugano, I'll probably stay here again

The building is old, needs repair. The room seems to be cleaned quickly. The water pressure in the shower is low.

The staffs are pretty nice, the room also consider as clean, but the facilities are old and some needs work. Be aware that the hotel does not have a sign “Hotel” per se, so you just get to “La Santa” restaurant, hotel staff will process in the restaurant, and all the rooms are above the restaurant. (We had some trouble to actually locating the hotel). Ultimately speaking, the price are good. (You get what you pay for). Last word, the food in restaurant is very good both in quality and quantity

Above a pizza restaurant, cheap room. Quick check in and friendly staff. Room dark and dated, wi fi did not work, bathroom small and dirty but good shower. Area was fine in the day but felt unsafe at night. Room central and walking distance to the centre and lake.

bon accueil, mais surprise c'est un bar. chambre à part le matelas confortable, le reste une catastrophe: sol cassé, un vieux bureau rafistolé, problème électrique sur interrupteur de la salle de bain, une seule prise, les murs camouflés par un papier autocollants de mauvais goût, tout datait et pas rénové ou très mal. pas eu accès pour le petit déjeuner car jour férié le lendemain de l'arrivée.

Passte gut für uns als günstige Unterkunft auf der Durchreise/Rückweg vom Campingurlaub. Leider haben wir die Lage (Nähe zum See) gar nicht ausgenutzt - kamen spät an und führen morgens weiter. Empfang war sehr nett, und der Besitzer (?) war sehr hilfsbereit auf meiner Frage nach einem Adapter für die Steckdosen, suchte und gab uns einen. Wir fanden die Unterkunft sauber, und die bereit gestellten Handtücher waren kuschelig und zahlreich, in verschiedenen Größen. Natürlich darf man zu dem Preis keinen Luxus erwarten, taten wir auch nicht. An manchen Stellen entsprach der Zustand nicht allen Anforderungen an Unfallsicherheit, wie herausstehende Schraubenenden im Bad oder ein etwas zu großer Abstand zwischen Bett und Wand auf dem Etagenbett oben. Es gab einen Ventilator und ein Fenster. Wir schliefen gut und waren zufrieden.

Zustand des Hauses ,arg renovierungs bedürftig. Die Betten eine Katastrophe. Da es sehr warm war hatte es lediglich einen Ventilator im Zimmer. Gemerkt hat man nix davon. Die Hand und Duschtücher rochen komisch, wie abgstandenes Wasser. Der einzige Lichtblick ist das Personal. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüssung gab es ein kühles Getränk.
