This splendid one-bedroom apartment just 3 minutes walk away from the Lido of Lugano and the lakefront is very picturesque: PRESTIGE 28, situated in an elegant newly-built building, is equipped with simple original pieces of furniture.

The living room, decorated with prints and paintings, faces the modern and fully-equipped kitchen: prepare an aperitif and taste it with your guests at the 4-person counter, or at the table on the large terrace, looking at the city, its gardens, buildings and mountains in the background. The sofa becomes a comfortable bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The large double bedroom has a large closet, and the bathroom features a comfortable bathtub with glass shower. Park your car in the dedicated area and reach the city centre on foot in less than 10 minutes through the Ciani park and along the lakefront!

Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

The center is less than 10 minutes away on foot, while the lake is even closer: it will take you just 5 minutes to reach the Ciani park, the Lido with its swimming pools, its beach and its tennis court, and the tourist port where you can take the boat. The Exhibition Centre, the main trade fair centre in the city, is only a 5-minute walk away.

How to arrive: 

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will reach the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus number 6 (direction \"Viganello\") for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at \"Ponte Madonnetta\" stop, then walk for about 500 m. Alternatively, take the bus N.2 (direction Castagnola - Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes) and get off at the \"Lugano Palazzo Studi\" stop. Proceed for 550 m on foot (7 minutes) to reach the residence.
