"The staff at this hotel is what made this place great. Front desk check in was super friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff in the morning went out of their way to say good morning. The breakfast was basic, but the lady prepping it was also super nice and making sure the place looked clean and inviting. "

"Very good breakfast, especially the yummy cinnamon rolls, and the pork sausage. Pool sans hot tub great. Two suggestions for improvement: 1. Move hand soap dispenser closer to sink. It was placed at the far end of the counter, maybe 4ft away from the sink. 2.Also the TP was impossible to reach from the toilet for short people!"

"The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well. "

"This space is lovely! The kitchen and bathroom renovations were top notch. The location was ideal, around 1.5mi from my sister on a family reunion type trip and very reasonably priced. We cooked here, including the BBQ. A couple of kitchen items (whisk, larger frying pan) would have made it slightly more convenient, but everything we absolutely needed was provided, so we made due.We made a mistake with the gas powered "fireplace", totally our fault since my phone was switched off upon US entry, so I didn't get instructions. But the hosts, were super quick to respond and come aide on restarting. They were lovely people. That hasn't always been the case with other places so two extra stars!! 100% recommend staying here if you are in the VancouverWA/PortlandOR area! My niece (9yo) and cousins (7-9) loved the backyard and the hoops game!"
