"Terrible service. The front desk was very rude and dismissive. Did not want to hear any greavances. Were told our card would only be held with no charges but had to wait 7 days for a deposit return. "

"From arrival to departure we were impressed. The property/ building was beautiful and very well maintained. Check-in was simple, the staff as genuinely friendly and welcoming. Hudson's bar was gorgeous and, again, the staff were freindly and engaging. No less, the restaurant food and service were a hit with us. "

"This is a wonderful property, especially for larger groups. We needed multiple beds for our group and they offer a room with 3 separate beds in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It is large and spacious and very close to a lot of dining and shopping. The room and common areas were all very clean and nicely furnished. I highly recommend this property! "

"We came a little late to check in, got stuck in traffic as we had a 11 hour drive, We got there around 4:00 am. No one would answer the doorbell or the phone. We waited for about 20 minutes before leaving to find another hotel. "

"Our stay was comfortable and the home was cute. The quality of the experience did not meet our expectations with communication, hospitality or condition of the home. Some things could be improved for the guest experience to feel well hosted, but overall we enjoyed being in a house over a hotel for our weekend and appreciated the space which accommodated 5 of us well. "
