Enjoy privacy on 25 wooded acres with abundant wildlife. Direct access to PA Rail 66 for biking and close to State Game Lands for hunting. 3 miles to North County Trail access. 15 miles to Cook Forest State Park and 6 miles to Clarion University/Penn West. Enjoy evenings by the fire pit, cooking on the outdoor gas grill or over an open flame. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered, front porch and long walks through the woods. Sleeps 6.

Cross Country skiing in the winter on the PA Rt. 66 Rails to Trails or Cook Forest State Park. Enjoy tubing, kayaking, canoeing and swimming at Cook Forest State Park or on the Clarion River in the summertime.
