From the time I reserved my stay to departure …the whole process was professional and fine with great care by the hostess, Andrea & staff! Although my trip was bereavement; I felt so welcomed like Family by all at Blue Paloma! BIG UP to the entire Team , especially Conroy whose delicious and tasty breakfasts made our mornings even more delightful! A Gorgeous , clean and well maintained property by the diligent Owners ! I felt so at home . Just book and start your stay! You will be delighted 🇯🇲! The Lucea area is a Retreat and very picturesque ! On another note more rapid improvements to road infrastructure are needed thoughout the area to encourage and facilitate business in the area; especially after the recent advent of Hurricane Melissa ! ! "Unfortunately, I could not award “Excellent”. Upon arrival I was given a ground floor unit, however, there were terrible disturbance above my room. I tried my best to ignore the noise, however it became uncomfortable and unbearable. I finally decided I have had enough and started recording it all. After alerting the front desk team, and had them listen to what I was enduring, they themselves were astonished as to what was going on. They promptly moved me to a second level unit, which was very lovely. Thankfully, the recording does not lie. Form August 27, 2026 - August 29, 2026, was startling, as the noise throughout the day was at random at times. August 29th, was as if chairs and other furnitures were being dragged across the ceiling above my head. Quite, came the balance of August 29th, which I appreciated. Thankfully you!"
