"I have stayed in many resorts all over Jamaica, some AI and some not. CoCo LaPalm is the ONLY hotel I want to stay at and have for the last 5 years. I have not one bad thing to say, From the office staff at the time of check in to the bell hop that brings your bags to the room, the security at the gate as well as the beach, Lifeguards, Servers, bartenders, etc I could go on and on. They are friendly, and always willing to help put a smile on your face. Special thanks to Johnson and Steve for always making my beach day a great day! I have no negative feedback for CoCo, and that is rare nowadays! I cannot wait to come back!! They are now family!!"

"The only disappointment I have was the room. I asked for 2 beds and was brought into a room with a King size bed. When I spoke to the bell hop who called the front desk I was advised that what I asked for is a "request" that means if they had the 2 beds ready I would have go it but they didnt. Other than that I had a good time."

From the time I reserved my stay to departure …the whole process was professional and fine with great care by the hostess, Andrea & staff! Although my trip was bereavement; I felt so welcomed like Family by all at Blue Paloma! BIG UP to the entire Team , especially Conroy whose delicious and tasty breakfasts made our mornings even more delightful! A Gorgeous , clean and well maintained property by the diligent Owners ! I felt so at home . Just book and start your stay! You will be delighted 🇯🇲! The Lucea area is a Retreat and very picturesque ! On another note more rapid improvements to road infrastructure are needed thoughout the area to encourage and facilitate business in the area; especially after the recent advent of Hurricane Melissa ! ! I’ll be back ! Thanks & Kudos to Andrea, her Family friends and the Team at Blue Paloma for making my stay such a Delight!!"
