"this is a great place to stay with many extras that make it even nicer. Only small gripe was aircon wasnt allowed yet even though temp was warm, so was difficult to get a good nights sleep in 25C room or windows open with mosquitos. There was some policy about aircon that prevented its use yet. Otherwise this is awesome and we will stay again"

"Hotel Dapinto is a quiet hotel in a great location in Lucca. Breakfast was just ok, we were rushed from our table to make room for other guests. This was not typical in Italy at all. The room was clean. We could not get the AC to work but to be fair, we never reported it as we only stayed one night. "

He was very responsive and had plenty of suggestions on getting around and where to eat. It has all of the charm that you expect in Italy without the big crowds. "
