Welcome to Caprice de la Mer!<br><br>This bright, spacious home is perfect for families, equipped with everything you need, and located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and less than 5 minutes from city centre.<br><br>This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service for holiday rentals that’s dedicated to its guests!<br><br>The house is located in a quiet area, near the “La Capricieuse” campground.<br><br>You’ll enter through the foyer with a walk-in closet, then into the dining room that seats 7 people, and the living area with a sofa, TV, and a working wood-burning stove (a supply of firewood is available in the garden).<br><br>You’ll also find the fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor:<br>- Refrigerator/freezer<br>- Ceramic cooktop and range hood<br>- Microwave<br>- Oven<br>- Filter coffee maker and Senseo<br>- Electric kettle<br>- Toaster<br>- Dishwasher<br>- Dishes<br>Through the kitchen, you can access the garage, where you’ll find a washing machine and space to store your bikes or motorcycles.
