It's at your doorstep, however, there's no noise. Or room was on the pool deck, which was a haven in the heat. The room was fresh, clean, spacious and beautifully docated. "We enjoyed staying here. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Special mention to Zaini who always had a friendly smile and assisted with booking a tour and making our stay just that more enjoyable with his helpfulness. The reception staff arranged an upgraded room after having problems with the door lock of our initial room. Housekeeping, ground staff and restaurant staff all do an excellent job. We also liked the hotel being set back off the business of the Main Street. A nice vibe around the beautiful pool and bar, we recommend the Mercure as a lovely place to stay. "

"It was very convenient to find food options around the area as well as to get supplies. There is only 1 small lift for the whole hotel though so sometimes you have to take the shelterless staircase at the side. Water takes a while to heat up but still decent. Overall still a pleasant experience."
