My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.

All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.
On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated.
My room looked onto the lovely pool area.
Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily

Lovely location and lush green setting.
Hotel itself is a little tired but very well maintained and looks like being updated. Room and amenities were still lovely and spacious.
Sunset BBQ dinner was great and the pools are very nice.

The hotel is nice, the room I was in, 217 was a bit dark and not much sunlight but that could be due to cloudy weather. The bed was elite, you’ll be getting a good sleep! Breakfast was so tasty and area is convenient as it’s across the road. Muslim friendly, major major bonus!
