"This hotel is located about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the old city. However, it is a nice walk and very lively. The hotel is on a secondary street, a block away from the main street, and on the first night it was dark and we were uneasy, But Poland in general is very safe we saw lots of people walking around. The hotel staff was helpful. The breakfast food was generous. The room size was good and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was an a nice size and the shower had a good power....

"Beautiful, elegant and super comfortable. However, a few things were amiss: the toilet ring and shower doors were loose, the heaters and heated rail in the bathroom cold, and - importantly - the shower started out hot but became tepid quite quickly. Fortunately, we were not here in winter!"

"Great stay! Nice modern loft feel, in heart of everything, one block from Old Town, right above the Tourism office (which is convenient!) communication only seems to happen at certain hours (ie wont get a response late at night) so make sure you have everything sorted during the day: not all rooms have a microwave (I stayed in 2 different rooms when I extended)"

"The eggs were runny - and the breakfast was not hot - the chafing dishes were not plugged in or used to their advantage so the food got cold. The service was amazing and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Just get someone to get those chafing dishes HEATING the food."
